Free uk shipping over £20 and free international shipping over £50.

We ship to all countries that Royal Mail delivers to, including but not limited to:

- European Union countries

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Thursday, excluding holidays. Please note that during busy periods (such as holidays), processing times may take longer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

We offer the following shipping options:

Royal Mail (Standard Shipping):

Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days (UK).

Royal Mail (International Shipping):

Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days depending on the destination.

International Orders: Free shipping is available on orders over £50.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your package is handed over to Royal Mail for delivery, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. However, if your package does not arrive or is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately, and we can assist in filing a claim with Royal Mail.

We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been shipped. However, if you need to cancel an order before shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
